  • 1 keping ikan tuna (ditinkan dalam air) + 2-3 hiris timun dan tomato
  • 1 mangkuk mihun sup / wantan sup
  • 2 keping putu mayam + gula pasir
  • 1 mangkuk bubur ikan
  • Air suam / teh cina / susu rendah lemak2.

Makan tengahhari / Malam

  • 1 1/2 cawan nasi putih / 3 keping roti putih
  • 1 ketul ikan / ayam (bakar / sup / tumis / stim / kari)
  • 2-3 sudu kuah
  • 2-3 sudu sayur
  • 1 potong buah
